The duo was the first all-female team in the history of the race. The Long Beach track was where Katherine Legge won the opening round 18 years ago of the Toyota Atlantic series in 2005. This year, in only her second qualifying race, Monk had the vital role of opening for the team.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; background: transparent; color: #000000; font-family: Poppins, Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; outline: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; background: transparent; color: #000000; font-family: Poppins, Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">After nearly making podium at the 24 hours of Daytona, and a solid performance at Sebring, along with an impressive recovery at Long Beach \u2013 Monk and Legge are all prepped to showcase their talents this weekend in California. The current drivers\u2019 standings have Monk and Legge at sixth place \u2013 competing against 15 others in the GTD category.
