Thankfully, no&mdash;meaning a grieving child can focus on all the other responsibilities that follow a parent&rsquo;s death without the additional stress of incurring new debt.<\/p><p>Similarly, spouses are not necessarily liable for their deceased partners&rsquo; debt.
